I’ve been using this app for a year to keep track of my blood glucose, blood pressure, and calorie intake and have collected lots of valuable data. But now I cannot access the app. Please, please upgrade

This is the best app I have found to manage my diabetes my blood sugar my weight everything. I want to be H I would update this app to the new standards I wish Apple would force them to update this app or refuse to sell their other apps. Apple needs to do a better job of managing their app suppliers.

I loved using this app and being able to keep daily track of my sugar, BP, heart rate, etc. I happily used it for several months. BUT, I am using it on an iPad which needed to be updated to iOS 11. I ignored the update for almost a month, then went ahead and updated to keep my iPad up to date. Now I can no longer use the app or access my data,, I sent several requests to the developer to please update this app to iOS 11 to no avail. No comment, no answer. VERY disappointing. Are they even there? Are they still supporting this App? I have no clue. I just wish that I could still use it.
