Diabetes App – Diabetes App - blood sugar control, glucose tracker and carb counter Review

I have given this application one star because it's manner of entering numeric data is totally incompetent and awkward. It may be very knowledgeable with regard to diabetes care, but if making data entry almost impossible, it shows a level of amateurishness that is just not acceptable. I'm amazed that Apple let this application go through. Here in detail is what happens: Let us say that I have picked glucose and want to enter a glucose reading. Well those are numbers of two or three digits. A numeric keypad shows up. At least one thing has been done right. However when I type in a glucose reading, for example 125, what shows up is 12.5 and I have to press zero to multiply it by 10 and get the value of 125 This alone is not acceptable. However, it gets worse when we come to insulin values. They are in so-called units. My typical dose is six units. As soon as I enter a digit, an alphabetic keyboard shows up. I have to shift the keyboard to numeric and start entering the six. Well when I enter six what Ishows up is .06 and I have to enter two zeros in order to multiply by 100. Each time I enter a zero the keyboard shifts from numeric to alphabetic and I have to shift it back to numeric. You should be ashamed!
