Please update!!!! – Diabetes App - blood sugar control, glucose tracker and carb counter Review

I LOVE this app and so does my doctor. Unfortunately I just discovered that it won’t work with iOS 11! Have I lost all of my data? Please, please update this ASAP!!! I need this back! If I had known that it wouldn’t work with iOS 11, I would not have updated my iPhone! HELP!!!!!! Amethyst680 @ yahoo . Com
