App wont restore premium package purchase

I got a new iPhone and in switching everything over I went to use the app alert and discovered that there was no where to login and that the “restore your purchase button” does absolutely nothing -this upgrade was paid for less than three months ago so still valid.

I was glad to pay the $3.99 for what this app is supposed to do. Unfortunately, there is a lot of issues that quickly eliminated my excitement. The app doesn’t share across my iPad & iPhone and it doesn’t consistently let me know of price drops during flash sales on amazon. I purposely added some items that were going on sale that day but it doesn’t even show it’s on sale in the app let alone notify me. When items are added in my wishlist plus, I have to manually export to them to the amazon alert app. The concept of this app is great and the $3.99 annual fee is within reason if it worked, but it doesn’t.

Put in description of item exactly as it appears on Amazon, Found a bunch of other stuff, except the item I wanted. Used a different app, it auto populated description for me and found immediately.
Pretty useless app.

Upgraded to a new phone and when I went to log into this app on my new phone I see that I have lost years worth of watchlist items. Seriously. Every last watch item, gone forever. When my subscription for this app is over, that’s it. Time to move on.

Price alert is a main feature that doesn’t work, products with several price changes dose not generate a graph.

So far, the app does not import wish lists like it claims to. I upgraded to get that feature and it doesn’t work. Buyer’s beware.

Worked decently for most items until I got a new phone. The upgraded version I purchased didn’t transfer to new phone. Purchased upgrade again and it still wouldn’t recognize that I had the plus version. Purchased it 3 more times and still nothing. And nowhere to turn to get assistance or refund.
