Purchased the plus package after the developer assured me that it was a one time thing. Now I can’t restore. It’s asking to buy again.

I was very excited at first about this app. I even paid the extra $3.99 for the premium features. I wish I had saved my money. This app is so annoying. My first complaint is that when you are importing your wishlist, you have no idea if it is actually doing it or not. My second complaint is that after I imported my wishlist I had to go into each item and then click “done” in order to see the current price. If I did not do that, it stated it was unavailable. Who has time to do all of that? My last and biggest complaint is that I am getting notifications for price drops that aren’t real. I get the notification, click on it so I go to the item, and there has been no price change. I am also getting notifications all day long. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you.

Unable to restore Plus purchase on my new phone

Why doesn’t the restore purchase work? I just bought a new iPhone, but discovered I need to pay again to get Plus, since restore purchase doesn’t work. I tried contacting the developer through the provided support link, but haven’t received a response in a week. I normally don’t like to post 1-star reviews, but I’m hoping this gets his attention and he responds to me or fixes the app in order to give everyone a solution.

Don’t purchase the Plus Package unless you like to waste your money! Zero support here except for an email that says to send feedback so they can ID your device. I had to reinstall the OS on my iPhone and there is no way to restore my “subscription” to the Plus Package. Waste of my money...

Pretty useful, but busy with the ads, and I could NOT figure out how to remove an item I don't want to watch anymore. Leads me to believe if there are other features/settings I could be using, they are not obvious to find.

Don’t waste your $. Purchased this app, followed the instructions, attempted to load a wishlist many times in every possible way over 2 months. About a third of the list populates onto the app. In my frustration I pinged customer support 3 times in as many months. Each time I received the same copy/paste answer. “thank you for using our App! We had some issues the last few days with the Wishlist import. They should be fixed by now.” Newsflash....it’s not.

I get notifications and immediately lock on it only to find it’s not actually the price that was noted in the notification. I set prices for when I want to be notified but they mean nothing because I get notified about things still well over my threshold constantly.

I have the pro version and I found when a price hits and alert threshold it stops updating if the price changes after that. Additionally, items on a watchlist for a few weeks stop updating altogether.
