Couldn't restore my original purchase of the app and had to pay again. Couldn't get my lists to import, and search function within the app wouldn't work. I had this app previously and while it worked fine back then, it still had multiple functionality issues.
I paid for the plus package and didn’t receive it

I downloaded the app and the app offers the “plus package” which includes features like price check by the hour, pull wish list from amazon, remove add, support anytime, etc the transaction to collect your money to sell u the “plus package” worked perfect but no plus package is installed. The ‘restore purchase’ option inside the app doesn’t work. I emailed them in the morning and now it’s late night and still no answer. I felt like I got caught in a app scam where I paid for something I didn’t receive. If I don’t hear from them tomorrow to fix this issue it will leave me no other option than report the developer.

No longer works, If you pay to upgrade one device it DOES NOT carry over to your other devices. Also, the restore purchase is a dead link. There is ZERO response , ZERO customer service, even after days , weeks , etc. No matter how many times you email them it’s a lost cause. Save your money as it is a very buggy app as well. Lists do not import or important only specific items or even better tell you your list is not shareable when it clearly is.

Bought the full version of the app and when you try to upload items from your public list on amazon to the app “can’t find item” pops up all too often. Some times it takes 5 tries to upload and sometimes it just doesn't work. What else? The app doesn't update prices. Prices on the app doesn’t match amazon. I have sent several email to support. Zero response.

This app stopped working in the last few months. Can’t find anything on amazon. Too bad it used to be great but I wonder if amazon cut them off. It’s 100% dead and they aren’t talking so buyer beware.

Purchased the plus package to add unlimited items and have been sending emails to them over a month because it doesn’t work. Will not let me add more than 3 items a month later. No response after multiple attempts.

I really dislike writing negative reviews, however in this case, I feel there is no other recourse. 1. I have not been able to dl my wish list from Amazon. 2. I paid for the premium feature which promises premium support. The feedback button is nonfunctional. I emailed the author twice asking for help, politely and courteously, and sent screen shots illustrating the issue I am having, but he has never answered my emails. 3. I had to DL the android version to my phone so that I could try to troubleshoot this issue but I have to pay for the premium feature again in order to ascertain where the issue lies. Paying twice for the same feature when I can’t get tech support is ridiculous. 4. If the author had answered my emails, this review might be different. However, a non functional app coupled with a no response author seals the deal.

Dear Developer , I purchased this with my previous iPhone 6, when I purchased a new phone and had transfer everything over, this purchase did not transfer over and now it’s making me to buy it again. Not okay. Please help to resolve this issue . I only had it for 2 months maximum . Thank you.
