App wont restore premium package purchase – Dexter Price Alert for Amazon Review

I got a new iPhone and in switching everything over I went to use the app alert and discovered that there was no where to login and that the “restore your purchase button” does absolutely nothing -this upgrade was paid for less than three months ago so still valid.
