Needs a lot of improvement

SAH287

Sometimes I get alerts, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I get 10 in a matter of 10 minutes. Tracking a pair of shoe I get alerts on options I didn’t select (like different size or color). Most recently, it has completely changed the product I am tracking.. not sure how that happened. I am tracking two products currently and they both changed to something different. Good concept but definitely needs improvement.

App not to bad but support is awful

mrpelligotti

App is ok! Saves you money but once you restore it or swap iPhones there’s no way to backup your list. You’ll have to do it all again. Support trough app is very bad.

Doesn’t work

MeetTheMacs

Attempted to add products to watchlist via safari. Every time this app would say product cannot be found. Deleted app!

Reports the wrong price

Tylerdare

I wish I could attach screenshots to this review. It constantly alerts me for no reason. For instance now it is telling me something on my list is $21. I go to amazon and it’s $27. Waste

False advertising

This app does absolutely nothing it says it does. It shows you prices of used items on amazon.. umm.. who cares? Thats not the purpose of an app like this.

Works, but UX stinks

Ry L

The app design is really confusing and not very intuitive. Notifications sometimes go crazy. That being said, this app works and allowed me to snag some headphones I’ve been waiting on when on a brief price dip.

Imperfect, but the best I’ve seen.

It took me some effort to figure out that the “share” icon actually is how you access an item’s price history and your price target, etc. That being said, having push notifications is an excellent feature (though I actually have yet to have a price drop on my watchlist items). It should be noted that to track more than three items, you have to pay $3.99. That also removes ads and apparently makes the price checks much more frequent. It also seems, from what I can tell, that after two years you’ll have to make the $3.99 purchase again if you want to continue having the full features. That’s much less egregious compared to a lot of apps now, though. It amounts to just over 16¢ a month, if you do the math. So that’s pretty good! It seems the price history isn’t retroactive. They should definitely make it retroactive. Sites like camelcamelcamel can show you the price going all the way back. This app doesn’t seem to do that.

Plus package doesn’t work!!

Grinzler

I’ve now purchased 2 years worth of Plus Package and I’m still unable to use the features. I have tried several time to get help with this problem and over a month later I’m still waiting to hear from them.

Stopped working

As soon as I paid for the upgrade. This is a steal your money SCAM.

Fair to poor performance

For a paid app (which you do have to pay $3.99 if you want to watch more than 3 items), it sure doesn’t perform very well. It does keep searching to see if prices drop- but it also checks the prices for used items in poor condition and falsely notifies you of this *amazing* price drop (eye roll). It needs to have the option to alert only if the price reaches my chosen threshold for a brand new item- I could care less about used stuff. I could go to a yard sale for that. It absolutely blows my phone up, which makes notifications useless for me. I’ve gotten maybe 1 decent deal in the month and a half I’ve been using it- not worth the money.
