When the app worked actually worked it was great. Unfortunately it hasn't worked for us for several months. It continues to crash at startup. Hopefully they fix the issue soon.

I love this app ! It's super easy to make payments and view your monthly usage. It also provides tips on how to save money on your electric bill and general information on power outages. I would recommend this app to anyone who has an account with Delmarva Power.

I used to be able to view useage, and see full site information. Now it is single screen for account and home. What's up?

If a space isn't a valid character in a user name or password you should filter that character. I use Swype to enter user name and that usually has a trailing space. Even with a known user and password I can't get in and do anything. And yes I've attempted to login with another keyboard. Keep mailing a printed bill, uninstalling this now. I'll pay through online banking.
