Like the idea that I can pay this mobile, but it doesn't remember your account number. I have to run back and fourth retyping it. I hope they fix that, then this will be a great app!

Bill pay feature is not working - keeps saying an invalid account number is being entered.

Needs to remember login info like a computer. The "report outage" feature is neat but I don't see the need for it when most people call anyways. I will be sticking with computer log in- less hassle
No rotation

When I first started using the app on the iPad, I thought it was pretty good. Only exception was your bill amount did not update if you made a payment. With the new update, using the app on the iPad in landscape mode (attached keyboards require this) the app is somewhat useless in that it does not rotate anymore. Oh, and the bill balance still does not update.

I looked at this app shortly after it was created and released. I refuse to download it until I can program my thermostat via the app. That is the only thing I do via the website so until that's available in the app, I don't want it.

Are used to be able to view my bill and pay it now he won't even let me login..need major upgrade and I should be able to let you control your thermostat
