Poor quality control

Gave it one last chance, order never showed up. I get you can’t control restaurants/stores but maybe figure out some better controls to make sure your customers get what they pay for without so much hassle.

I love that I can use my Venmo balance to order delivery! The app runs smoothly, and customer service has always been very helpful whenever I had issues/questions. The emailed discount codes are nice too.

Works really well for my laundry. Wish there were a few more spaces to add notes to the dry cleaning per item to let the vendor know of stains and problem areas.

I called the restaurant to see if my order was ready and they said it was ready 20 mins ago. Then I called delivery.com to check the status and they said it would take 20 mins to arrive (way past 20 mins now). For all the fees they apply (they even charge a convenience fee), not convenient at all.
