1 hour delayed delivery + food cold – delivery.com Food & Liquor App Review

I called the restaurant to see if my order was ready and they said it was ready 20 mins ago. Then I called delivery.com to check the status and they said it would take 20 mins to arrive (way past 20 mins now). For all the fees they apply (they even charge a convenience fee), not convenient at all.
