Love this app just wish there were more grocery store options. There is only one available in my neighborhood and they're good but selection is very limited (mostly drinks, junk food snacks and a household items, which I must admit was a lifesaver when I ran out of toilet paper and was too sick to go out to buy some). However, it would be great if I could get actual groceries delivered in 30-60 mins as opposed to waiting days for peapod or paying a subscription fee for Amazon fresh, etc. Keep up the good work Delivery, just get more grocery store vendors on board please!

Good service but have to spend hundreds of dollars before you can get a $5 reward. Come on. How about $5 for every $100.

This app is great. They have a 10% or 15% discount once or twice a week on places you already order from. As you spend you get points that you can redeem as cash back on orders. Highly recommend.
New version ruins alcohol purchasing

Update: While this app is far better than seamless and the purchase points are great, it is often incredibly slow and unusable. I often have to abandon the app in frustration and use the website. Previous review: The new app has many improvements but they are completely overshadowed by the disaster that is the alcohol purchasing section of the app. Previously I had at least 10 stores available to me in my area but that has now been stripped down to 2 stores. I do not want to be presented with an alcohol selection, I want the store selection back. I know which stores have the best prices for the alcohol I want to buy and, most importantly, which stores have the fastest delivery and best customer service. Now all of my liquor stores are gone which renders the alcohol section of the app completely worthless. Never buying alcohol again through your app.

They work and support business who rip off their customers. I was Overcharged for wash and fold delivery. The company didn't even honor simple requests. Asked them not to bind my socks. Just lay them flat. And not tuck the underwear into the elastic. Just fold in half. They ignored both requests. My items weighed in at 21 pounds. They charged for 33 pounds. Wrote to delivery.com where I booked Seneca Crystal Clear and they did nothing. Don't make the mistake of being ripped off from this cleaning company. Truly disappointed that delivery.com didn't make it right.

Great app, love the consistent promos and earning points. Has occasional bugs like not being able to see the search bar on menus once you start typing. Also wish more of our favorite restaurants were on there, but if we can find a good option we always use delivery.com over Seamless.

I like delivery.com, I just wish there was a map to make it easier to see what restaurants are nearby for pickup. Also sometimes the restaurants don't have accurate info, are closed when this app says they'll be open etc.
