No customer service, use another app

I placed an order and was missing items so I called the restaurant and was told I would be refunded. I didn't get a refund and have reached out to customer service 3 times now and 2 weeks later still no refund. Customer service is completely incompetent...I've never had this many issues using other apps, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Beats Seamless hands down with regard to promotions and points, but does not have close to as many vendors as Seamless in my neighborhood, Long Island City.

The app works just as well as any other food ordering app (with the bonus of being able to order alcohol and laundry service). Pros: - I love the points system for earning app credit - I love the coupons Delivery sends me in a weekly basis. I will actively order using this app because I can get more discounts. Cons: - they have FAR fewer restaurants listed in the app than Seamless/GrubHub. - they do not have the same automatic refund policy that Seamless has if a restaurant doesn’t deliver by the promised time. They leave it up to the restaurant to determine if they’ll refund you for the late service, which they often don’t.

Used this app once. Delivery waited 20 min then emailed me saying my credit card was suspicious and my order was canceled. I opened Seamless and used same card same restaurant.

The menus of the restaurants are on occasion different from seamless ... Update on the menus...
