Poor protection of the consumer

They do very little to control or penalize their vendors or prevent them from canceling orders, closing early and robbing the customer of the chance to eat (especially late at night). Arbitrary credits might be thrown at the customer in the case of error on the part of the vendor but, overall, nothing is ever fixed

Got the new update and now the app doesn’t work so I have to order from my laptop. Very disappointed

I made 2 different accounts with different credit cards and e-mail adress. And after ordering some food in 20 min i get message that my account looks suspicious. You will call customer service and after that you will never get an email with a solution . This app doesn’t work well. Two times i ordered and both times went wrong

I am now deleting my account all in the same day that I signed up. I ordered and it got cancelled due to security alert. I call and they tell me I have to wait 24 hrs until the account is reviewed. I wish I never even found this app. Now it's too late to pick what I needed up and the app has been nothing but useless. With actions like these they will never be comparable to useful sites like grub hub, seamless, eat 24, Postmates, uberEats or any other actually useful app. Thanks for nothing.

I’ve been trying to purchase a bottle of wine and while it gets sent to the “bag”, I can’t continue with the purchase. Whatever it is I have to do to confirm my age to get to that point escapes me, since it doesn’t even tell me itself

Seriously easy to use. Food, alcohol, laundry and grocery in one app? Nice. Great design too.
