I'm unable to find a space to manage my account; it took some doing to even come up with the support address. Really poor design; a mistake of a lifetime subscription. Edit: my email to request help bounced back as undeliverable. Shocker.

I can’t seem to get my photo back from Degoo. I can screen shot, but I can’t download back to my phone..

No idea the backup would be this slow . I got 40K pictures / videos with 3TB Degoo storage , but the upload is is so slow. I am sure it is not my connection, the iPad is always on WiFi. Degoo developers pls work on this

I can’t see my folders on the app and files on the app ugh. This is very important to me since I share entire folders.
App crashing a lot, I mean every single time I open it

I purchased a premium account of 10 TB and I regret doing that now. The app already has minimum features even to backup. I am trying to backup my photos from iPhone for past 3 weeks it’s not successful yet. Tried keeping the phone awake and connected to charger and WiFi, some time it takes backup and most of the time it freezes. Not only freezes it crashes 9 out of 10 times i open this app for backup... I totally regret of purchasing premium account now... I am not sure how the support will be from them
