SCAN? Managing account is a nightmare – Degoo: Online Cloud Storage Review

I'm unable to find a space to manage my account; it took some doing to even come up with the support address. Really poor design; a mistake of a lifetime subscription. Edit: my email to request help bounced back as undeliverable. Shocker.
