only uploads while in the app
The huge big fat update
when you have a ton of GB worth of photos and videos this app seems like it could really help you, and it can, but it only continues to upload while you’re in the app, so it will pretty much never finish uploading, and one time it just completely restarted my entire upload.

I spent $100 on a deal for storage space for this app. I have incredibly fast internet but it takes ages to upload anything.the iphone app crashes constantly and also takes forever to do anything. The file organization system is bad. Just use Google or dropbox or something else for backul, I really regret spending that much for a such a crappy service.

Works very well. The more you use it the more bonus space you get. Only drawbacks: you can’t put pics into folders nor merge b/ups from different sources, ie: phone and computer.

I was not able to upload any documents to the cloud, it seems the app only works for photo backup. My expectation was that this could be replacement for Dropbox, but unfortunately it seems more like competitor to Google Photos. Developer please let me know if i missed something here.

Good but VERY limited

Good idea, but VERY limited functionality. Zero file management, no way to navigate to other directories created on other devices, can’t download photos, can’t even delete them. I hope this improves or I will regret purchasing the highest tier plan.
Too many crashes, slow app

I have been using premium account for about a month now. Everything is great but the app crashes too often and it’s unresponsive frequently. The developers need to work on it.
