App crashing a lot, I mean every single time I open it – Degoo: Online Cloud Storage Review

I purchased a premium account of 10 TB and I regret doing that now. The app already has minimum features even to backup. I am trying to backup my photos from iPhone for past 3 weeks it’s not successful yet. Tried keeping the phone awake and connected to charger and WiFi, some time it takes backup and most of the time it freezes. Not only freezes it crashes 9 out of 10 times i open this app for backup... I totally regret of purchasing premium account now... I am not sure how the support will be from them
