Curb is terrible, bring back way2ride

Current version is terrible (5.13.4). It takes a minute to disconnect from a prior ride and then frequently hangs up and needs to be closed and reopened. Makes me want to take an Uber.
When it works

When the app works (which is 75% of the time), it wonderful. But if you accidentally use a card that has expired in you pay app, you ride gets canceled and your blocked from trying again. Every 7th or 8th ride it pairs and then 2 minutes in it kicks you out and unpairs you again canceled you can’t re-pair. It is quite frustrating especially with COVID and card scanning schemes rampant

Got paired in cab a 45 minutes ago approx - at end of ride payment did not go through and i paid $22 (including tip) - Now Amex shows $20 payment pending - please cancel payment
Convenient but incredibly slow

App takes 2-4 minutes to load when I’m sitting in a taxi. Every single time. It is infuriating! Giving 2 stars because of the touch less component.
App charged me four times with no service

This app is garbage. I tried booking a ride, and it charged me 4 times and said “booking failed” and I was left without a ride. Same thing happened once to my Fiancé.
App keeps crashing!

I love this app and have been using for about 2 years. With the newest version though the app keeps closing on me. Hope someone can help fix!
