ApplePay doesn’t work. Adding a credit card manually doesn’t work. It just isn’t reliable. It’s easier to pay at the end of your ride than to deal with this unreliable app.

Plus no support when things go awry. NO benefit to customer and, therefore, drivers as if the app info can’t be corrected or accessed (it can’t), customers resorting to Lyft Giving one star because cannot give none, which is what it deserves

I was visiting Chicago for 10 days and I used curb and everyone was friendly and pick me up within two minutes.And I found the cost quite reasonable. I’m Form Los Angeles so I was so grateful to be able to take a taxi. I had a great vacation. Thanks
Scam app: never able to get a taxi and charged me for nothing

Downloaded the app and try to get a cab in Chelsea. Took 15mins and still no match so I canceled. The next day I found that I was charged for $18. Called support and was hanged up the first time. The second time they said I have to email them instead. Sent email but never heard back. It’s a scam app.
Doesn’t work on iPhone 13

I got charged 20 for absolutely no reason. I waited 15 mins to get a ride and I still couldn’t find anything. I didn’t get a ride and was still charged !!!
Very long waits and frequent cancellations

On average, every time I use Curb, I can expect at least 20-30 minutes waiting time for a cab to accept my fare, and there are usually 2-3 cancellations before I am finally picked up. I’m not sure what the app is doing, but drivers are really not incentivized to pick up Curb riders. I think the app really needs to do better to give drivers better reason to pick up riders via the app.
