I couldn’t even get past the account-creation step because it kept telling me that my email address, which I’ve used for over 20 years, is invalid, and didn’t say why. I should have just stuck with Lyft, like I usually do.

I reserved a taxi 2 days prior because I had a flight to catch, the day and time comes but for my taxi to some how be dispatched to me when he was an hour and a half away from my reserve time, I would not rely on them.

Great service during trying times. No surge pricing.

Worst app ever canceled at last minute booked and paid two days in advance

I booked our trip to LAX and paid in advance. At the time our pick up was scheduled we received a notice that they were unable to fulfill our reserved request and to book another ride with.CURB. I would never recommend this app ever. We booked with Lyft another ride share app and was hoping to use a Taxi instead. Horrible unreliable service and awful customer service.

Doesn’t work for tourists

The app doesn’t accept international phone numbers on sign up, so I can’t even create an account. Tourists will still have to use other apps.

Tried Twice & Failed

I tried this app to schedule a taxi like you do with Uber or Lyft. Once for international travel and another time for domestic travel. Both times, leading up to my ride, it states, your ride will be here in X minutes. But then when my window of departure comes it says, requesting your ride. We’re looking for the nearest driver. When you used to call and schedule a taxi, the taxi just came at the time you wanted. I thought this was going to be similar, but I have been sadly mistaken twice and resorted to other ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft. When I live further away from a city center, these requested rides should just be scheduled with someone. I want to support regular taxi drivers, but I can’t if they app never connects me to a driver. The app is useful when I get in a taxi that has it from the airport or whatever. But I have not found it useful otherwise. Will not try it again for on my way somewhere.

Just use Arro, this company’s customer service is a joke

These Morons managed to doable my account after several years of use on Christmas Eve while out in New York, of course they are closed and no one responds to their only way of communication, email. What a joke, business like this should be put out of their misery along with the idiots running it.
