Great until not

Worked great until disabled for some reason. Could not get it fixed before I left NY. Even tried another account. No luck. Even deleted and put back on. Called customer service and all they could do was notify tech. Frustrating!!!

The fares are not shown when getting a car people should know r exactly what they’re paying before disabled people mostly depend on taxis and cars to get to appointments or their work but y’all don’t display fares then y’all putting people in uncomfortable situations cuz they might not have the money
