I use it every day and it will get stuck on the previous ride before refreshing and allowing you to pair again with the taxi you are in. Sometimes it says you’re paired and you are not. Sometimes it rejects your credit card and you have to re-enter it into the app.
You will pay extra!

While this app seems to be a great idea and it does work as it says it does, you will pay much more to use it than you would just paying cash or using your credit card in the cab. Two important things, 1) they charge you $20 even if the fare is only $3. I’m still waiting to get the refund on three rides. I should have read the reviews on this before actually using the app. 2) They charge multiple fees on top of the regular cab ride. I was charged a $3 CC fee on each ride. I’ve emailed Curb to get an answer on this with no response. Use cash or another method of payment than this app. It’s going to cost you much more to use this app than just a cab ride.

I’m in dc & waited 25 mins for you guys to find a ride & didn’t even find one .. while I’ve been charged $20... wow even though the money May come back but seriously if you guys aren’t prepared to be a working app then shut down the app. Taxi drivers never checks it anyway

I downloaded the Curb App and tried twice to get a cab to go home, since the rain started pouring here in Philly. Unfortunately, I was hit with a $20 charge although I didn't cancel any rides. I understand that the Terms of Service indicates a $10 cancellation fee, but I didn't cancel any rides. I give them two stars for a great concept that helps cab drivers, but I wish the app gave more clarity on what it does with your card initially after you enter your payment info. I also wish the app double checks/asks you in the app if you want to cancel a ride, while providing written info that you'll be charged.

This is unexceptional I tried to call a ride and I had me searching for a driver for so long then I cancelled after still not being connected to a driver then it still takes my money
I did not know that this app is just for New York and I did not get my refund
