Simple, beautiful, what's not to like?

First review! Easy to use, well designed, CUJO app is a perfect companion to the CUJO Internet security device.

Love this app!

This app is super clear and easy to use. It works perfectly with my Cujo device.

So far not so good.

App and device at first was simple to configure, but cujo was stopping all network traffic from passing a few minutes every hour or so in automatic mode. To get my device into bridge mode took almost 10 emails. I'm still trying to restore my cujo to factory settings with the reset button and set up fresh but different instructions from support and the FAQ have not worked. There is no way to restore cujo from within the app. Will update when I get this resolved.

Love the device and the customer support!

They might be new and getting themselves deployed / but they understand what is means to support their customers!

Very Intuitive App

The app is designed well! In a very short time, it recognized all the smart devices on my home network. The interface is very simple to use and I like the notifications I get from the app. Glad I have CUJO and feel a lot more protected from hackers trying to get through my home network

So far so good

It took a bit to get everything set up and working right ( about two days) but as soon as the firmware update was pushed and quite a few restarts later... It finally has full control and is working great. The lack of notifications had me worried for a while but then it pops up with a blocked site and let's me know it's still there doing its thing. You gotta love this new technology! CUJO ON!

Good

So far so good, just make to setup at bridge mode from the get-go if it is behind a router

GREAT Product and Technical Support, BUT...

I think CUJO is finally helping to fill the very real need to secure home and small business networks. Most consumers don't understand how seriously they should take cyber security and may not fully appreciate the damage that can be done when their home WiFi networks are breached – something that's extremely easy to do even when you do "all the right things" (e.g., use WPA/WPA2 with a long, complex, meaningless password; "hide" your SSID; restrict access to known MAC addresses; use firewalls, and on and on). CUJO was easy to setup, and started working pretty much right away. It caught and blocked a "potential" malicious adware program straight away. Something my antivirus software running in the background didn't catch. So, yeah, I'm happy with CUJO. My one critique is their online help files/FAQ section. The answers are poorly written and geared towards a the very technically savvy. That's not at all in keeping with their minimalist and...ah...err...friendly hardware design (I find the "eyes" both odd and confusing). I also think the help video isn't very informative and borders on seductive. It's kind of funny. I don't mean any offense CUJO spokeswoman. It's probably just me. Bottom line: I would recommend CUJO to family and friend.

So Far So Good

Hedge Fund IT guy

I work in IT for a hedge fund and security is one area of expertise. Cujo so far is working as advertised. It's a great little product and works like any apple product does - simple, highly functional, and very easy to use! For anyone on the internet this is a must.

Great product!

The set up was fairly easy, and I was able to get The help I needed on the phone, when it seemed the app froze. All straightened out, CUJO has discovered lots of devices, and has already blocked one damaging link, with quick notation through the app. I feel safer, better protected with the smile of CUJO!
