great app easy to use

Setup of the cujo was a snap through this app. I am alerted of threats to my home network. This is great, don't know how we lived without this type of visibility to our home networks.

This product is very useful and easy to install. Customer service are very friendly and helps through guiding you online or over the phone for any trouble shooting.

Plug it in, put the ethernet cable in your router and your done. Having done this in 2 locations now... same experience and no problems. Threat reports come through to my phone and it automatically blocks threats. It also did a good job of recognizing my devices. Highly recommended

15 years ago pay antivirus was something you needed at home. Today every enterprise runs a device like this as a core part of their security. Having one at home in the internet of things era is imperative. Don't question it, just buy one, it is simple to set up, and you can breathe easier once again.

I used automatic to activate my coju. I'm not a techie so didn't know about bridge set up. I later received emails from Coju saying I should change my connection. Still not that comfortable with how I delayed. I then got a phone call from Coju offering to walk me through the set up so I did it with them. Everything finally worked great.

CUJO, AirPort Extreme, and PC Combo

Let me start by saying I was a Tier 3 Helpdesk Manager for 7 years. I had tried setting up a bridge installation, but the Airport was giving me trouble. I also have an Arris Surfboard modem. The bottom line is these guys don't play well together. I called CUJO support with my tail between my legs and was really thinking I would get a voicemail, as it was 7:30 EST. Instead I spoke to Victor (I think, if I got your name wrong I'm sorry!). I couldn't download the PC emulator for the Airport and CUJO apps. I set up a TeamViewer session and Victor installed the software while I was moving media cables around. He stayed with me until CUJO came up and pinged him. I told him what a great job he did and said to keep up the good work. He even remembered a return that I sent to CUJO two months ago. So, if you're thinking of purchasing this product I say DO IT! Thanks, Rick Bombardier

I wish more people would discover this app. Though it took a while to set up with their friendly IT, it is on and protecting my home and family. Fantastic.
