Meh

Bucsfan29

I've had it for a while. Onto the second device now as the first one was a lemon. My only grip is the fact you cannot whitelist devices yet. I was told it's in development but who knows when that will arrive.

Cujo is a wonderful device and app. Appears to do what it is intended to do. I just have one thing on my wish list. Please add Finger print login on the iPhone. It would make it so much more convenient. Thanks

Internet Online Security

@Apple96

Keeping the hackers out, and my network safe. ?

Really like the new update

Dave uga

Seeing history of block sites across devices and being able to unblock is a good feature. Also the ability to pause Internet by access profile is great! Can't wait to be able to add a schedule to it :)

Great Product (Suggested Enhancements Though)

Flighpilot

I'll start by saying that this product is great. It does exactly what it advertises however it may be too sensitive and therefore notified on several instances where it could otherwise be silent. Today alone I've received north of 15 notifications. To clear the app badge on my phone I have to go in there and read each, one at a time when most of them are threats based on advertisements nested in web pages. Instead you should be able to clear them by either swiping and selecting delete or selecting an edit button and then checking off which ones to mark as read and/or delete. When going into the app you should also be able to notify based on criticality vs. every incident type. Also be able to set a default view of your preferences around app configuration as well as adding more depth to notification options. On a scale of 1-10 I give the app a 7 around maturity. Well executed so far but has a way to go.

Current App Issue

Koytch

First of all, Cujo works very well. However, the new app that came out just a few days ago, no longer gives any threat notifications. I’m hoping that Cujo is still active and it’s just an app issue. Everything on the app says life is fine, just no longer see any threat notifications anymore like I used to get daily. With it protecting 29 devices, there would always be something daily it would block. Maybe it still is, however don’t know anymore? Please fix the app!

Fantastic and desperately needed

Defuera231

So...I’m a whistleblower in corrupt South Texas. For the past five years, I have been the target of sustained, organized criminal hacking. I have a graveyard of computers in my attic. I have spent thousands of dollars on cyber security that always seemed to get breached by dedicated crackers. It’s been a nightmare. Apple has been slow to admit that criminal hackers have various ways to exploit vulnerabilities in Apple devices so when I read about Cujo, I decided I had nothing to lose. The device itself is very impressive and does exactly what it says it will do: it fights off attacks on and attempts to enter my network through the modem/router 24/7. And that’s no mean feat as crackers act like their freedom depends on them making sure they have control of my devices and communications (which, of course, it does). At any rate, organized attacks and exploits are occurring every 1-2 minutes and Cujo appears to catch them all. For the first time in a long time, I feel in control of my own network. Likewise, the customer support can’t be beat. Knowledgeable, polite, willing to do what it takes to get your network secured by Cujo. It’s very clear the techs understand the threats out there and are confident in Cujo’s ability to fight them. I couldn’t be happier with Cujo. Well done.

The best smart firewall for consumers in market

CristalSponge

After three months using the Cujo firewall it have detected over 60 security threats and risks in the devices connected to my wireless network. I highly recommend this device to improve the security of your home network. I would like the app would block internet access to all new devices discovered by default. Hopefully the future update to include this new feature.

Support

Cyber Lease

Cujo’s customer service is by far the very the best that I have interacted during my incredible hack in 2017. I chose Cujo for deterring continued and future wireless attacks. Their support staff has been fantastic during this catastrophic compromised systems. Sean, Grand Rapids MI.

Parental Controls are a joke

ParentsBeware

When purchased the box indicated time based parental controls along with website and app restrictions. Scheduled features like bed times, found in similar devices do not exist. App restrictions also do not exist. Probably should release these features before advertising them on the product in stores. Save your money and buy a Circle if you are looking for strong parental controls.
