Disappointed in app

So many things wrong with this app. 1. When I go into the coupon section there are many coupons added that I did not add nor would I ever use the product. Example: I don’t buy baby products. 2. Once a coupon is selected you can’t unselect. 3. I have to write down or type in what coupon items I want to buy. You would think once you select a coupon it would show up in your shopping list on the app. It doesn’t! 4. I called the help number more than once and they are of no help. Plus I get different answers depending on who I talk to. 5. One girl told me that once you select a coupon it shows up in the écoupon list. I found the list on my PC (on the internet)but couldn’t find the é coupon list in the app on my phone or tablet. She couldn’t find it either and I don’t plan on bringing my computer to shop so it is useless to have it available on my pc. 6. On person told me that I didn’t need to Select a coupon. If I bought a item that was a coupon item using my Cub Card I would automatically get the discounted price. Another said if I don’t select the coupon I won’t get the discount. 7. It would be nice if you could type an item in the app (item you were having trouble finding) and the app would tell you what aisle the item was in. Target, Walmart and other apps have this feature. 8. The cashier should be able to scan card club members barcode in the app and it should work. I gave up on using the app and just give them the card. 9. I could list more but if the above worked I would be much happier!

The app has been updated for easy use by the casual grocery shopper... just browse the deals and see what the offers are in-store. Gas discount info is great as well.

I love this place! Until checkout. It is as if there was no training provided. This 4 instances in 4 visits. Please, it’s a great store with a great location, don’t let poor training ruin it!

Annoying scrolling dates not on adds and your emails don’t stay put on titles item but scroll away somewhere. Bring back Friday freebie and some version of the older format. Thankyou

This app is very cumbersome to use. Items I click on often “go away”, and I have to research and click on them multiple times to view them. App needs redesign. Update: As of June 14, 2019, the app is still awful. Very difficult to use. Items vanish when I try to search for them. Hard to find the Friday Deal after it has been loaded to my Rewards card. App still needs a redesign.
Apple Wallet useless

The rewards card Apple Wallet integration is useless. It creates a pass with a 2-dimensional barcode, but the store cash registers can’t read it (at least at my local Cub), so I have to open the app to get to the 1-dimensional code instead. I know…it’s definitely a first-world problem, but it would be nice to have it fixed.

The app itself works great, however using the barcode in the wallet/passes app does not. Typing the code in manually defeats the purpose of the app.
No product locations

The app does not help me find the location of products in the store. All it does is allow me to make a list or to order online for Instacart. I want to be able to find products and locations in the store.
