Like trying to input your number at the check out register. Doesn’t really work and I kind of wonder where the benefits are. Did Gelson’s just want an app and not really care about the content?

I downloaded as soon as the app was available and signed up for the rewards program. However, not one purchase has been registered thus far. The doesn’t recognize my purchase and when I try to input my number at the register all I get is an error message. It appears others have the same issue. I was shocked to learn that some sales clerks claimed to have no knowledge of the program when I asked of an alternative method of entering number. I given up on Gelson’s. They have gone downhill in the past couple of years.
A nice start. Needs Apple Wallet support.

A nice start. Please add support for the rewards card to be added to Apple Wallet for Watch and iPhone to make checking out at the store more seamless. Hunting for the app in the checkout line adds needless friction.

It’s a very badly planned app. Hard to read. The coupons are worthless as their products that I would never purchase or have ever used. For example, I’m a single male and your giving me coupons for Kotex women’s sanitary napkins. It’s ridiculous and a complete waste of time to even look at. I’m deleting the app now. Thanks for absolutely nothing Gelson’s!
