Big savings!

Susans2boyz

I save so much money with this app. Every Friday there’s a freebie or practically free item. Also coupons from p&g and many others!

Disappointing and not very user friendly app

Cant get it to work right

This app has to be the worst one we’ve ever tried ordering groceries on. Promo codes are not working. Ad prices are not correct. Definitely won’t use this again.

Change of ad . Great idea. We have been asking to change back

Change back is greatly appreciated and more convenient. Thanks again!!!!

Easy

Easy to navigate through. Simple & fast

No search function.

There is no way to search for an item in this app, or at least not a way I have been able to find. I’m currently looking for coconut cream. Is it in the store? I don’t know. According to Walmart’s app it’s in aisle A6 in their store.

Cannot find an item

PaulaDiane

Unless an item has a coupon one doesn’t know if Cub has the item or where in the store it is located. Very frustrating. Other stores like Target and Walmart indicate which aisle the item is located. Can’t Cub do that?

Don’t waste your time or space on your phone

Unlike other local grocery stores (Hy-Vee, Target) the rewards “card” in this stupid app doesn’t even work! If I wanted to carry the reward card with me I wouldn’t have bothered with the app. Deleting this app now!

Love to save

Easy to use, resourceful app

Somethings do not work

Not Happy With Chili's

I just bought 4 cereals and the $4 kick back did not work..I bought Bare chicken the other day and did not get the $2 off...It’s frustrating that things don’t work the way they should..I am an employee and feel bad when I have to say this didn’t work...I just want it to work correctly the first time so I don’t have to go back later and explain that I did buy the right products...

Review:

allergy sensitivities

After several deliveries, we are excited to get our groceries. One consistent concern, though: we receive a substitute for products that are not in stock. This is a good idea, but does not work with my family. My wife has many allergies. Many times we need a particular product because of the ingredients. Another product, though similar, may contain ingredients she is allergic to. While your store contains many more of the products she can use, we would rather have no substitute for an unavailable item. We have tried to find a place to check “no substitute” to no avail. Thank you for your time to fix this situation. John Hamilton
