I’m always checking to see if there is a new download version of this app because it is so glitchy. There are hardly any updates or improvements though. Every time I try to use this app, I have to reselect and save “my store”. I’m not positive how the coupons work... sometimes I have to add coupons to my card and sometimes they are on there automatically (hundreds). The app just crashes randomly too. This app is really out of date and annoying compared to the hyvee app which I haven’t had any issues with yet.

I used to love this app, now it is always prompting me to find my store when I want to look at the weekly ads. When I try to locate my store it says there isn’t a store in that location, so can’t look at the ads.

I thought it would be handy to put my shopping list on the app and cross it off as I went through the store. The app was wrong on what items it said the store had. I couldn’t get everything that I wanted. I could’ve gone elsewhere and completed my list. It was a complete waste of time going there.

This app would be great if it wasn’t so glitchy and SLOW!! It ends up frustrating me and I could go to the store faster. Super disappointed as I love the idea of the deliver to my door option.

You have lost the data in the feature I loved most about this app, the shopping list. A list curated over months and easily edited as needed each week. Time is important and this app was convenient, not so much any more. I am thankful I didn’t drive all the way to the store before I realized it was gone.

Not sure why the devs thought downgrading functionality was a good idea. This latest update is atrocious. Most importantly — where the hell did the widget go?! The app can take quite a while to load up, especially if you don’t have good data, and that’s a serious problem when you’re trying to use your card from your phone at checkout. I’d been telling all my customers who had an iPhone how to use the widget so they could save time (theirs, mine, the line behind them...) and it’s been everyone’s favorite feature. I fully expect to see the widget re-implemented in the next update, if whoever’s in charge has a lick of sense. Widgetlessness aside, the new layout is — in my personal opinion — really ugly and in some ways less user friendly than the former version. I’m a little surprised that any part of Cub opted for a more cluttered look when /everything/ they’ve been doing aesthetically lately has been minimalizing as much as possible (to a frankly ugly degree in many ways — whoever thought that a garish violent red looked good against a sad-cloud gray needs some serious therapy).
