It’s pretty simple to withdraw from your bank but depositing back in your bank account is not so simple. When I try to do so the site ask you to search for your bank, my bank does not show up in the list, does not ask for the bank routing number.i contacted customer support about it, then they refer me off to another support agent. The new support agent then users email instead of on site messaging. I’m waiting still.

I love the idea and use these crypto sites very often. I do hate the fact that there’s minimums on how much u have to buy, sell, and trade. I should be able to put all of my change in one spot.

This app is a scam and these are all fake reviews just use Coinbase!! They still my bitcoins and 50$ you get for referring someone is complete bulls$&@ STEAR CLEAR

Can’t withdraw money!!!!

I tried following all the steps to sell my Ethereum and withdraw the funds by transferring to the fiat wallet and then to my bank but it’s not working! I have no way to get it to the fiat wallet and then to my bank! I do not want to convert to another currency. I want the money withdrawn and deposited back in the account I used to buy it! It shouldn’t be this difficult!!!

Hey guys, love the app but im running into issues. I had my debit card on my account and was using it for months and after the unscheduled maintenance i can no longer add my card to my account therefore i can no longer buy crypto. I really love the exchange but if i can’t buy here I’ll probably end up switching soon. Support hasn’t been able to help at all. My referral ID is 29acktvxxd

This is the absolute worst app I have ever experienced ! The design is easily misunderstood and can cause you to make a different move than you intended! If you favor a good customer care staff, you will be displeased! They have the We don’t care support! I’ve been trying to get help with what should be a simple task for over 6 months! Meanwhile, my investments that jumped from $300 starting stake to $1200 and they simply stole it because I didn’t open the app for a couple weeks but my account somehow became a $400 balance and although I try to get someone to help me a couple times a week, I never can get any effort from them! I only see my account getting smaller and smaller every time I open the app! This is no declaration but I honestly believe that they have chosen to create this app in the crypto space just for the ease and stealth of stealing from users! Seriously, I don’t know how anyone could receive my 100+ msgs and simply ignore them all! Unless they have already accomplished what they set out to do!!! I know my $1000 went somewhere, I guess it’s added to the executives’ bonus pool! If you think I’m exaggerating or just don’t wanna believe me, give it a try! I will check back periodically just to say, I TOLD YOU SO!!!!

This company started offering big rewards and staking to entice users then cut the rewards by over half after I already had money tied up in there. They took 3 months to get me my Visa card which is unacceptable. Their native CRO coin then fell by over 50% in a month. Multiple times the app has been out and I cannot access my funds. What a BS company with fake promises. Only reason for 2 stars is the crypto buying/selling is cheaper than Coinbase

Hello, So this is by far the prettiest app of all of them in this class. But I think you should have the option to remove visa card transactions from The opening page total balances. That negative percentage can be scary after your card uses. And I hope y’all would add a home screen widget with out crypto portfolio and also the option add watchlist items.
