The CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. I wrote 4-5 emails and messages through the app for assistance to collect the $50 bonus refer a friend. I completed all necessary tasks to qualify yet myself or friend could get a direct answer from them concerning our issue. It’s a scam as far as I know and will be taking my business else where

Can someone explain to me how with this app they can withhold your money from you and lock your account up and make you lose 300$ if not more and then when you tell them that on top of everything already 450$ is missing from your account and they take a week plus to figure the problem out but still not give your 450$ these people are scammers and can’t even give me a call cause they gained over 750$ off of me!

They will rob all your crypto assets and lock you out of account during the process, accidental refund resulted in never getting my money back aswelll as losing crypto over that time with no power over my funds . Awful app should have stuck to coin base or robinhood

These people have given me trouble ever since I started with them. They required an extensive amount of verification in the beginning and after I supplied them with everything they asked for I was able to use my account for a few months and did countless purchases and I used my wife’s card one time and it went against their policy and they shut my account down but they never told me why or anything. Disrespectful the entire time not helpful at all. Also this is the slowest exchange I’ve ever dealt with,That used to take upwards of 2 to 3 hours for bitcoin to show up wherever it was supposed to and I never have this problem with any other exchange or with my Exodus wallet or electrum. With so many to choose from why would you pick this one? Trash Edit: don’t insult me by reading none of what I said and copy and pasting some stupid answer about KYC. I have been verified to the fullest extent cause you guys had me taking all types of selfies with cards and ids etc. Attempt to care and read the review before wasting my time, god knows you’ve wasted enough..

Little bit of history on me, I applied to the waitlist prior to the US Launch and although the wait time for launch was long, the platform and application are absolutely phenomenal. Comparing this app to my Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase etc. It is far more advanced in UX, functionality, and number of features just totally blow the others out of the water. The only thing is you can’t invest in the stock market through this, but that’s not really the point. That’s the realm of traditional banks. I am very impressed with the app, support, and metal card itself (tap to pay!) - its an amazing conversation starter and you *definitely* get people asking you about it. I did complain because it *looks* like you are being charged 20% higher rates at some restaurants when the pending transaction posts (company explained this is a “hold” for tips). After verification I can confirm that the pending charge reverts to your actual payment amount, but this feature is definitely concerning to the unenlightened. Definitely see this company as one of if not the leading crypto with a viable (to say the least) product that we can use every day and that has legitimate advantages to traditional banks. My ref.
