App is good but the prepaid they issued doesn’t work most of times

This app is great to invest in crypto, transfer, exchange etc but their prepaid card are worst. I got one delivered and I added funds to my MCO visa prepaid card but it got rejected multiple times at different merchants. Ex: PayPal, Square etc.. There is no way to withdraw my funds other than to transfer to other MCO card holders.

This app has it all for serious crypto investors. People don’t yet realize the breadth of features and functionality contained within. The learning curve is worth the effort. Highly recommended by orca.digital after extensive research across most players in this space and my personal favorite.

I love everything about the app, and I think crypto.com will only grow bigger with time. However, I just created an account, got KYCed and everything, and I am trying to create a USD fiat wallet so that I can transfer money and start trading. I am not sure if it’s a bug in my account, but for some reason I am not able to create a usd wallet. It shows the currency addition is complete, it’s just not showing the wallet. The disappointing part is that I have sent multiple messages to support for the past couple of days but I got no response. I am actually writing this review and hoping someone from the team will see it and actually look into my case. As for now, the whole app is useless to me.

Hoping an update will cure my frustrations!

The app does as promised, current prices Andrew friendly. Tons of perks with it! I’m gonna be investing in crypto’s anyway. So why not go to where I can gain a little interest on my investments!?! The app works just fine except for the fact that, if you haven’t already exhausted your learning curve, good luck on navigating your way through it with any real understanding of how you got here and why! As I mentioned in the title, hopefully once I do an update, the “improvements” promised will be those that I have come to expect from other apps. Like RH for instance. Scandinavian style—- Simplicity by design! I spent lots of time, simply trying to buy a coin that is on there but when I did a search, I got a msg that read, “No results”. Then less than 60 seconds later, while tracking other coins,PRESTO! The hidden coin appeared in my list! Unfortunately though, the area that should have had the “buy” button, simply wasn’t there! If these are frustrations with which I am the only person dealing, I suppose it could be me...?? Once I either get my head wrapped around it or get an updated version with improvements that I hope will be targeting my issues, I truly believe that this app will become my new favorite! It has everything you can want for crypto investing and a helluva lot more!

Horrible customer service UPDATE

Everything was great on this app until one day my purchasing options disappeared. They don’t have a customer service number to remedy anything with an actual representative. You have to “chat” or “email” correspondence with their team. So as of now I have shares in limbo on this app without any way to move it around. Still waiting on an email back, and multiple chat questions pending with a status of “not read”. Frustrating. Found out this app is a scam. STAY AWAY. Let me say it again, STAY AWAY. You are subject to being locked out of your own account without any way to contact support. It is impossible to move your shares after this happens. The funny thing is you can watch you shares succeed with no way of interacting with it. Do yourself a favor and find an app that uses cold storage. I will gladly pay dumb fees as long as I know there is security behind it. I switched to another app and it rhymes with shloimbase.

Excellent. Best way to buy crypto, period.

Great app. Love how it cycles thru to other apps like email when sending codes just by asking if u want to open email etc. H&S above the rest.
