Basic UI/UX stuff missing, just means sloppy to me. 2-3 days to verify my identity, when the market is moving towards instant verification? Hard to trust a company like this with my $. Lots of competition, pass ??

The $50 referral bonus seems to be a mere novelty as I’ve followed their steps to apply it to the debit card, and contacted Megan from their support team, who offered nothing of value or clarification to me. This a waste of time and effort to sign up.

Misleading Promotions

I have referred 2 individuals, no sign of any referral or reward. One signed up with the 50 MCO stake card and another I used the Pay promotion to receive $50 USD in MCO..... neither have shown up on my end, not one 1 reward.. I believe this is a 5 star App but I am very displeased with this. I am trying to show others how good this app is and I look dumb when I have no true evidence.

Not only do they ask for front/back of your ID and drivers license, they also want a selfie, it doesn’t stop there. They want you to take multiple pictures of yourself holding a hand written note. I’ve literally never seen something so sketchy.

THE WORST OF ITS KIND!

This app is the worst at all. They charge high fees and their interface in not friendly at all. You can’t keep track of crypto historical data. They won’t let you withdraw your money and keep sending messages they’re working on fixing and enhancing the app. I’m unable to withdraw my money. They’re not functional and make the process so hard it’s making me super frustrated. Stay away! You better off on Coinbase or better yet Voyager.

There is a giant list of negatives with very few positives — Not real-time pricing — UI is not straightforward and hard to navigate — It doesn’t show your earning per coin — It doesn’t show the percent you earned per coin, it only shows the daily % gained for the entire day. If you bought halfway thru the day, it will show x% when really you earned nothing. — It doesn’t show the status of your withdrawals — There are no indicators for the chart — There is no customization whatsoever — The alerts are very basic — The screener has basically no function — The screener doesn’t show the hourly gains — Nothing shows the hourly % change — It shows coins that you can’t even buy — There are advertisements everywhere for the stupid debit card I can’t figure out why they made this app so limited in functionality. —

I was actually surprised, I only knew about this app through the nexo site. But after I got this app and started looking at all they offer, I have to say I really like it! I like that they offer the fiat wallet and a card that offers more than just one option.
