I downloaded the app to try and purchase and send someone bitcoin. It gave me no option to send to the bitcoin address they gave me, as it only allows me to send to people in my address book with actual phone numbers. I had a QR code but when trying to scan that that also did not work. So I wanted to just send the bitcoin money I purchased back to my bank. Not to mention the bitcoin I purchased had processed twice, taking out double from my bank. I just wanted to send it all back to my bank which was about $90 usd, but it said withdrawal minimum was $100. I waited hours and got no response from customer service so I was like screw it let me deposit more money first so I have the minimum $100 to withdrawal. So I do that and it continues to tell me I have insufficient funds to withdrawal the money to my bank when I clearly have over $100. Basically it seems they’re just doing everything they can to steal my money. Also be careful as I said I was charged twice for a transaction, it gives you 15 seconds to complete it which I didn’t do in time so it popped up saying I needed to resubmit, so I do that and then I realize i was charged twice! I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service.

Never ever use this app!!!

They terminated my account with out any notice. My money was in there and they told me to call my bank for a refund. Like they have the fault or the responsibility to give my money bank from a private company who shut me down. They can do this to any of you at any time. As they specify in the terms and conditions

I’ve been using CDC for a few months and things have been amazing! I was earning a good amount per week off of CRO and other crypto, life was good. Up until yesterday, staking CRO was 18% for 3 month terms, which is insane! Today it, without warning, that rate dropped to 4%. CRO dropped in value almost instantly. Look, I understand the reason they dropped the rates, but to email everyone just the day prior showing 18%, then change it to 4% overnight, is literally a bait and switch. I’m not sure I will continue to invest with them

Transferred all my Coins to the crypto.com because the interest rates were phenomenal. Bought some of their CRO coins to give an added boost to the interest rates I was earning. Well two weeks after stakes $1500 in CRO and locking it in for 6 MONTH, I get an email saying that the earned interest rates have been slashed into basically nothing. TOTAL SCAM! Wish I could remove my staking and take all my money out, but I will remove everything I can.

I wouldn’t call this a scam per say. .... but. You have to let them hold, borrow, escrow almost 15k for 6 months before they will allow you the metal card. Unbelievably crazy and they don’t mention that in the ads.

Hands down Crypto.com is probably one of the best, if not the best, crypto exchange. Beyond the great referral/rewards, they have awesome customer service. They helped troubleshoot account difficulties in setting up my account, and were honest about their capabilities/limitations. Binance on the other hand, probably one of the worst customer service; no response for days until I deactivated my account....then they responded (too little, too late). Use Crypto.com and get set for life before the rush of FOMO.
