Unable to Change Notifications

What a pain! Every time someone passes by the front of the house, I and my daughter-in-law get a text and an email! That’s several times an hour on my watch, my phone, and tablet!!! The app doesn’t allow me to change notifications. Customer Service doesn’t answer, robot says I’ll get a call back in 20 minutes, then sends a message that I have to text or call them. It’s maddening!

This app takes up too much of the user’s time to navigate. Cumbersome and clunky. Needs a revamp. Who has all the time in their evenings to try and figure out these features? Should be much more streamlined.

If I could give this app zero stars I would! Temperature control never updates, and the connection to the front door bell video camera is trash!

Slow and hard to load at times. Also sometimes doesn’t register alarm actions and I need to go in and out of app multiple times for it to take.

The app is by far one of the worst. The service is just as bad and calling customer service is a waste of time. Trying to get upgraded equipment is like asking for a raise.
Does not give you real time alerts.
CPITRASH
The entire point of the system is to alert you when people come on to your property. This system does not do that. It works 2/10 times Would highly advise not going with cpi.
