Zero rating... This App is horrible and seldomly works. Takes way too long to load. Very frustrating not the security app you feel secure.

Why have a doorbell camera if the app won’t open to be able to see who it is. This app lags more than any other app on my phone.
I’ll increase the rating if this issue is fixed.

I downloaded this app the day I had my equipment installed in my new home. The app was great for the day that I had it - today, however, when I armed the system in the house and then left, I checked the app to see my camera feed. I saw that the app said I was disarmed!! So, I drove back, only to see that my system was actually armed... there seems to be some communication issue between my equipment and the app. My WiFi is fine. Please rectify this issue ASAP, this can cause issues for a lot of people.

This app continues to get worse. The lag is ridiculous. The doorbell camera takes forever to open. By the time it finally does open,the person who rang the doorbell is gone. CPI tried telling me it was not them but my router. There is nothing wrong with my router or WiFi. CPI, do better!

The app started out great. Over time the video quality has degraded and become very grainy and lags behind. Please upgrade/update.

Won’t answer remotely. Keeps failing to answer when someone rings doorbell and freezes.

I love this app! It’s user friendly and I haven’t had any issues with it since I’ve set it up with the CPI representative. It gives me peace of mind because I’m able to watch my house when I’m traveling or even when I’m at work.
