The app asks for the log in name and then goes right back to the welcome screen.

Impossible to find tab to pay bill

Logged in on two devices...all i can find is info about bills.... just no clear way to pay the bill on line

App frequently crashes, to include immediately after receiving a notification from the doorbell camera, either for motion or a press, so that when you go to watch live video or talk to whoever pressed the doorbell an error displays. This alone makes the app and system useless to me. The doorbell camera also fails to capture or record video which is especially comforting given that most burglars access homes through the front door. I can’t rely on the app or CPI to protect my home at this point. Will be looking for other options.

No help on this app. You have to call to cancel and I’m 45 mins on hold.

I have been a customer for the required 5 years. When you dcall customer service and hit the number for account changes, they know you want to cancel and after quoted an 8 min wait, I’m on hold for 45 and counting. The app doesn’t even offer FAQs on cancellation. Blargh.

I love the convenience of being able to use my phone to activate and deactivate the system. I also love being able to see if anyone is in my backyard.

The doorbell lacks an option for the user to take a video with it. It is only setup to record by motion or when the doorbell is depressed. When I am looking at the camera and see something I want to take a recording of it, I can’t! There is no soft key for that! I can do that with the other cameras on my system. The doorbell even has a soft key to let me talk, but not record. This needs to be corrected. Instead you gave a a cutsie Santa Claus button. Get real. Is CPI a security company or a toy? Sheesh. Do better.

Not functional

The Ring, Blink and other products are a lot more functional for every day life. Doorbell camera picks up wind blowing. Cars driving by on the lowest motion setting. But not stuff you would want it to pick up! I have to redelete the same videos twice!!!! Please fix this!!!!! Also the Siri Shortcuts don’t work.

Locks up constantly - worthless

This app is practically worthless except for remote arming or disarming. Let’s me know a camera was triggered or the doorbell was pressed/motion detected 3-4 minutes AFTER it happens. By then, they’re gone. Video constantly locks up making monitoring an event non-existent. CPI and Alarm.com need to make a product that’s worth having. We pay enough for it. We deserve a usable product.
