Worthless app

hidden night

About 40% of the time the app works. The other time it doesn’t. When it does work there is such a delay that it’s a joke. It’s like something from the early 2000 quality wise. When our contract is up.. we are tossing this CPI crap.

App is AWFUL

ShaghRam

App glitches, doesn’t work half the time and doesn’t save videos quickly as it used to. No one seems to want to fix it despite multiple complaints.

Temperamental app

Acceptional126

This app has tons of potential but it always freezes on videos and half the time I go to open the app, the front screen just sits there which forces me to close out the app and then open it again so I can get all the way in. Very frustrating.

Cpi app doesn’t work as it should

CAaaseall

Whenever i need to see my front door camera it never works at the time i need to. If someone rings the bell the camera doesn’t show the image, you need to close the app reopen and SOMETIMES it works and other times doesn’t so you have no more remedy than going directly to the door. We are considering cancelling cpi for this reason.

Rarely works

raptorguy235

The garage door feature literally does not function. Grainy and fuzzy pictures from the cameras and doorbell cam. Egregiously poor quality

Doorbell camera

SJS1126

Doesn’t work half of the time when I try to pull up a live feed

Serious App Glitches

LezIphn5

When adjusting thermostat, the temp keeps reverting to original setting, doorbell camera never loads in app (useless) I can’t even answer anyone at the door because I can’t see them. More than half the videos triggered at the doorbell camera are just not recording. Extremely dissatisfied after a year and a half of service.

Always rebooting

jotavia

I like my service however times like today My settings are off and my messages say offline

Not worth it!

•^Peace^•

Slow loading. Won’t stay connected.

Use caution with camera

No Cameras

Our experience with the video portion of the alarm system is that it works correctly until there’s a power outage. Technical support and customer service have both advised that the video router must be unplugged, power cycled, and then pluged back in for the cameras to come back online. As you can imagine it’s quite difficult when you’re traveling and relying on the security system. Make sure you have someone that can come into your home and restart the router if you wish to have cameras available to you when you are not home and there’s been a power outage which is common in Charlotte
