We’ve been experiencing intermittent problems recent the download speed and upload speeds are extremely slow. Download feed to us to be 73 but now reflects 28.7 mbps upload is 8.6 mbps lowest we’ve experienced what is the problem do we need a new modem?

Cox has raised rates again, they are already more expensive than my electric, gas, and water combined, and I cant even watch a football game on tv. When confronted about it they claim all this expense of providing quality services but I don’t have outages from my other utilities! You bean counters at Cox should consider a lower rate which will result in more customers, and a higher profit at the end of the year. Simple concept actually.

I have beef with Cox since I moved to Arkansas. Over past 1 1/2 yrs my bill has tripled and the service has went down. The reason I stay with cox is because I don’t like the service of satellite going out when it rains but it seems that over past 4 months when we have bad weather in Centerton AR we lose service as well. Going to satellite and save over 100.00 a month. This is a problem that is going to cost Cox there company.

I’ve been with Cox now for about four years and the process just keep getting more and more and more, and the quality is getting so horrible. I can be watching a program and it looks like the person has become Flash Gordon, leaving a trail of themselves behind as they walk, and the delay between trying to get the guide to display and the info to show up so you can read what the program is about, is getting ridiculous. Trying to get a credit from them just really is almost impossible, doesn’t matter what it’s for. I have not changed my plan in nearly three years and my bill has gone up about $115.00 from what it originally started out being. And they aren’t hesitant at all to add a late fee, it’s like they don’t understand that people are having difficulties during this pandemic time, something we didn’t ask for… I mean seriously, come on folks. I just wanna pay my bill, not contribute to making someone’s car payment.
