I just wanted to pay my bill online. All the unnecessary nonsense makes it frustrating. I have Touch ID. Still I have to have a special numerical code. What’s that? Can’t I just PAY MY BILL!

Aside for some Issues in the beginning of my service, I want to express how completely petty that you price gouge. Charging a customer an extra fee for using your service on top of the monthly payment should be criminal. If I had any other option for service in my area I would not use your company. There is a reason COX is disliked by so many and it’s for the extra charges like data usage among other poor practices that you lose customers the minute that another service is available. I will never recommend COX to anyone and will do nothing but spread your poor practices.

Every time i try to log in, without failure it says “error: internal service error” and when i call them, support states they have no idea why it’s saying that. But then while I’m on the phone, it corrects itself. I try to log in all the time, multiple times with no avail. But once i call and give my information they say they don’t see anything wrong, and then it works. I already checked for updates and the app is currently on the latest update. Cox, figure it out please. Jeeeeez.

Way to many issues… fine for a while then surprise!! ….HAPPILY Had WOW for years with few issues but then we moved… COX was suggested due to WOW not being available at our new address…. Always dealing with some sort of issue with this service… not “always” but way too much Definitely looking for other options….

If I could give less than one star I would. Talked to 2 separate people through the app that then promised a supervisor would call me and they never did. Now I’m paying $100 more per month for nothing extra and I got hung up on twice with zero resolution and I was told there are no supervisors to speak with.
