Unhappy Customer – Cox App Review

I’ve been with Cox now for about four years and the process just keep getting more and more and more, and the quality is getting so horrible. I can be watching a program and it looks like the person has become Flash Gordon, leaving a trail of themselves behind as they walk, and the delay between trying to get the guide to display and the info to show up so you can read what the program is about, is getting ridiculous. Trying to get a credit from them just really is almost impossible, doesn’t matter what it’s for. I have not changed my plan in nearly three years and my bill has gone up about $115.00 from what it originally started out being. And they aren’t hesitant at all to add a late fee, it’s like they don’t understand that people are having difficulties during this pandemic time, something we didn’t ask for… I mean seriously, come on folks. I just wanna pay my bill, not contribute to making someone’s car payment.
