Reports of people not being able to hear me when putting them on speakerphone. Using speaker on normal calls doesn’t cause people to say this.

This app took my $30 and it never worked. It won’t allow you to cancel either and makes it almost impossible to cancel before it expires so that they can take your $30 again and you get nothing in return. I am calling apple support to get the subscription cancelled througg them since the app won’t and I will file a complaint to make sure this app won’t take anymore of my money.

Didn’t not use this app for one day and was charged a subscription I never authorized . Emailed and try to contact support for this app and never got any response . Horrible service .

Poor Customer Service

Good app for what’s it’s designed for but good luck getting any help from them when there is a problem. I paid for the more advanced version and tried to upload to their vault and restore it in my new phone and lost all my passwords. I followed the instructions on how to do it and only the name of the websites show up now. Nothing else. Customer service replied saying they would have the technicians look into it get back to me and have never gotten back to me. I put a lot of trust into this app and the aggravation and loss it’s caused me is huge. Over 60 password gone. Plus tons of other stuff. Really disappointed. So basically don’t ever try to move your info to another device.

I only used this app for a day and they took $32 out of my account after it was deleted I need a refund they were quick to take my money after only a days use

The texting in this app may work but the calling is virtually nonexistent. Out of 100 calls I’ve tried to make maybe one or two would actually go through. Worst part of it is I paid money for this app and it didn’t work. when I contacted Customer Service about paying for this app I received no response. Customer service it was virtually nonexistent. My opinion is that all of the five star ratings on this app are fake. This app is a total rip off. Stay away.
