Poor Customer Service – CoverMe Private Text & Call Review

Good app for what’s it’s designed for but good luck getting any help from them when there is a problem. I paid for the more advanced version and tried to upload to their vault and restore it in my new phone and lost all my passwords. I followed the instructions on how to do it and only the name of the websites show up now. Nothing else. Customer service replied saying they would have the technicians look into it get back to me and have never gotten back to me. I put a lot of trust into this app and the aggravation and loss it’s caused me is huge. Over 60 password gone. Plus tons of other stuff. Really disappointed. So basically don’t ever try to move your info to another device.
