Will not allow you to cancel

This app has very confusing menu options, and once you finally find the option to cancel, it says you need an email attached. Attach an email and then it says “you have a number in your vault”. Doesn’t explain why it won’t let you cancel or how to remove it or what exactly that means, but it I am trying to cancel and it will not let me. I went to the app support page and all is are useless faqs that are irrelevant and do not lead to cancellation. Do not agree to a free trial or use Apple Pay for the service, this is a scam.
Privacy Statement

So in your privacy statement you state "Calls and texts travel through thirdy parties networks in clear text without encryption" This means are information is not encrypted and we have know idea who those third parties are. Cover me uses AES 128 and AES 256 encryption why not just use 256 for everything as that's the industry standard. AES is negligible and we have know idea when our data is 256 or 128. In your privacy statement it makes it seam you are undercover selling our data especially in the vault when we backup our data. Sounds so fishy

Notifications stopped working

I usually love this app, although since I updated the app yesterday I am not receiving notifications (both read and sent message). I checked to make sure that nothing was disabled/enabled, but unfortunately seems like this was caused by the update. Please fix! Otherwise great app!

I have been using this app for a while and no issues ..but last two times I have tried to add call mins they fail to show up on app and this last time I have been charged 6 times for it..there is no number to call and I have emailed 10 times and got two delayed responses that didn’t address the issue ..quick to take ur money but seems not to care to fix any issues u have

If it stops working, you are done. When you send a help request, an email format appears but there is no send option. I get message notifications, but no messages. Even my own messages disappear after five seconds, even though the recipient has seen it. I’ve asked for a refund or a credit so I can re-launch the app. All I received was a “ our policy states no refunds” So it was good, now it’s not. I want this app, but if it doesn’t work, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I tried to cancel this app after 2 days of trying it for a 7 day trial and I still was charged and now they are giving me problems due to the fact that I now have a phone number with them that needs to be paid for monthly. What a shame, poor customer service. They push you to Apple to resolve issues. Very disappointed!
