I really like the features of this app, it can protect information, and a lot of privacy content will not be leaked.I recommend this app, it simply makes it easy to keep my conversations private。

The best privacy app i've ever used. Lots of great features. A vault with large space to store and lock all private and important files.It's also good to record all kinds of password. The most magic feature is that the app can be masked as another app so no one knows im using a secret texting app.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription to this app and it literally will not let me. It puts up an error message that I cannot deactivate this account. I feel like it’s a scam to get to charge me the $29.99 in spite of the fact that I’m trying to cancel this within the first day of the free trial. I’m getting no response, no help.

Excellent features. Very practical. Only thing missing is a search feature on passwords. Still give a 5. Hope they add this !

Here it is now July 15, 2019 and you guys are still trying to take money out of my account. I sent emails wrote on here for reviews and you guys are still persistent.

Good app for its features but unfortunately they don’t work well. I have a message not reach me on a daily basis. Often I’ll receive messages in Chinese which tells me there’s some kind of conversion going on, since they are a Chinese company. Overall it’s not worth it and I’m switching

Canned response customer service; fine print fail

I have had CM for years now which means I’ve had to switch devices - not a smooth process - the fine print of what backup subscriptions DO (which data is saved & can be restored) is not made plain • Customer service is “canned” - apologizes & that is about it & drags on without any resolution(s) especially if multiple issues (we have to talk to technicians...) • It is fine for hiding docs, pics & video but sharing them with another user is hit & miss (and, again, iffy if you change or restore a device) • DO NOT EXPECT YOUR MONEY’S WORTH! There must be a easier-to-use & understand subscription encryption service. This has gotten worse over the years, not better.
