Great potential - terrible customer service

This app has great potential. It really does. I appreciate all it brings to the table. My greatest complaint is that the customer service is greatly lacking. Whenever I've run into critical problems with this app, I can't seem get anyone to return my messages! Finally, I've gotten frustrated enough to write this review.

I was blown away with this app. For the first time in my life I can actually go to sleep at night without worrying someone is going to see my personal business. If you want to protect your privacy, this app is for you!

The app basically doesn't really do anything it says it's going to do doesn't nor does it protect your identity fake security and it costs too much you're better off getting a Can and tying a string to it

Could use a "reply" function . To reply you have to start a new msg . Also why do preview thumbnails of images not appear when posting a link ?

The best private texting app I have tried so far. love the self destruction messaging feature most. Would absolutely recommend CoverMe to my friends.

Best secret app ever!Just like it says,keep my privacy from prying eyes. It offers a super secure place to store photos video and passwords info.Also, the password protection and the decoy are amazing!!
