Poor designed app

On iPhone x. The app crashes the first time I open then after I log in it shows a red message at the bottom. Sometimes it shows the loading screen without even loading. For the fees that this company charges I expect more from the app :(

It was working fine before. After last update it keeps crashing. Can’t use. Please fix. And don’t tell me to contact your tech support, cuz I’m not the only person who has this issue.

the app dosn’t work on iphone 6 or any dvice less and I update to 5.5.4 and it steal crash could you please fix the problem

The app downloads but doesn’t open. Update: 5.5.4 fixed the issue for me. Though not updating the stars because a company like this shouldn’t be using customers to test updates like this.
