ridiculous buyer fees
I have been using copart for many years...I have spent several hundred thousand dollars with y’all. The buy fees on vehicles over $30k is straight up highway robbery. Even with a premium membership it’s still 4%. I’m looking to probably stop using copart at the end of this year.
Auto center
Not easy to navigate , yo view a vehicle you must get out of the auction and we miss cars like that

He has been dealing with you for a long time, and we ask you to mention the cars that you are affiliated with purchasing for Jordan. Will the car be a junk. ???

The fact that you need a license to bid on most of the cars is exhausting, and you have a limit to bid on the ones you finally can bid on.
heavens gate scam
Understand that this service has a lot of moving parts a few glitches are very understandable. Recently, its exceeded its allowability to go unmentioned. The biggest issue is the bids a not accurate. As soon as you place a bid prior to action it says you are outbid. Sometimes this will make it $1,000s of dollars more. I know the defense would be the “max bid” but that’s not true. You can have two different prices on two different devices. You will rarely win an auction unless you are present no matter how much you bid. Another issue is the photos are not staying with a vehicle. A lot of times you’ll find unrelated photos on a listing. As for the actual action, the music is rough during action time and sound awful after sitting for a while. You should be able to disable the music and not the auctioneer. It’s also a bit annoying that the photos are taken as soon as they turn the key on running and driving vehicles so you are unsure if the lights on the dash are from the starting cycle or actually indicate issues with the car as most of my purchases are sight unseen since I have to purchase out of state. The broker process could be streamlined in the app but it’s asking a lot. I wouldn’t mind download a preauction app to preview the vehicles and another to purchase if it is a data issue. Just some little errors I’ve found and I’ll gladly up my review should some of the issues be fixed but I do enjoy the service when operational.
